1. eligibility for return

you can request a return if:

  • the product is damaged during delivery.

  • you received the wrong product.

  • the product is expired or defective.

❌ returns are not accepted for:

  • change of mind or personal preference.

  • products purchased during clearance sales.

  • opened or used items (unless defective).

2. return process
  • raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

  • go to my account → contact on whatsapp and share your order id with product photos/videos.

  • our team will verify and arrange return pickup or guide you with the next steps.

3. refunds
  • once the returned item is received and verified, your refund will be processed.

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–7 business days).

4. replacements
  • if stock is available, we may provide a replacement instead of refund.

  • replacements are shipped at no extra cost after verification.
