Return and Refunds
1. eligibility for return
you can request a return if:
the product is damaged during delivery.
you received the wrong product.
the product is expired or defective.
❌ returns are not accepted for:
change of mind or personal preference.
products purchased during clearance sales.
opened or used items (unless defective).
2. return process
raise a request within 3 days of delivery.
go to my account → contact on whatsapp and share your order id with product photos/videos.
our team will verify and arrange return pickup or guide you with the next steps.
3. refunds
once the returned item is received and verified, your refund will be processed.
refunds are issued to the original payment method.
refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–7 business days).
4. replacements
if stock is available, we may provide a replacement instead of refund.
replacements are shipped at no extra cost after verification.
