• currently, we deliver within kanchipuram and nearby locations.

• delivery availability depends on your address entered during checkout.

2. delivery timelines

• standard delivery: same-day or next-day for most orders placed before cut-off time.

• wholesale/bulk orders: delivery timelines will be confirmed separately.

• delays may occur due to weather, traffic, stock availability, or other unforeseen reasons.

3. delivery charges

• free delivery for orders above the eligible minimum value (displayed during checkout).

• nominal delivery fee applies for orders below the free delivery threshold.

• bulk orders may have special delivery charges depending on distance and quantity.

4. order tracking

• customers can track their order status in my account → my orders.

5. failed delivery
