How to Report: Please contact us through My Account → WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing your order number, product details, and a clear description (photos if possible).
Resolution: Depending on the issue, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after verifying the complaint.
Exclusions: Complaints raised after the specified timeframe or due to misuse/handling errors may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
